Well we were lucky enough to get one of the first Cube Stereo SL's in the UK, so we thought you might want to see it in action!Changes for 2012 - New Straight Pull DT Swiss wheels, revised rear shock with smaller air can to give a more progressive ride, RockShox Revereb seatpost, Syntace 70mm Stem and a nice wide 750mm Carbon Syntace Bar! All for £2699!!! After riding a Stereo Race all of last season, it was a no brainer to have another one of these great bikes!Only tweeks are the added Straitline Silent Guide to make it 1x10spd.
It seems that we have turned this into an annual trip, and why not! It was so good last year...... this years weather was slightly different though!!It was cloudy, winds gusting above 70mph and it rained a fair bit, but we still made the summit, had a quick buttie and back down for the fun part!!Same again next year...... oh yeah.......
Matt took on the Megavalanche in Alpe D'Huez this summer, here's a bit of a video of the Qualifier Course!And for those wanting to know, yes he did qualify for the main race! (Video to follow)
Rick took a journey up to the Glencoe Mountain Resort in Sctoland earlier this year and took part in the MacAvalanche, a UK version on the infamous Megavalanch!
