What are the delivery charges for the UK?
Royal Mail
Our standard delivery to UK Mainland is £3050 and is free with orders over £50. We send these orders via Royal Mail 48 which typically takes 2-4 working days. If there is nobody available at the delivery address to accept the delivery a card should be left from the Royal Mail to inform the recipient how they can collect the parcel.
DPD
Need it quicker? We offer a tracked, next working day service from DPD for all orders placed with us by 13.00. You'll be able to track your order from the time it leaves us until delivery. This starts from £4.99
Next Day before 12 service is available from £8.99 and Saturday Delivery from £10.99.
PLEASE NOTE: A working day is Tuesday - Friday and doesn't include bank holidays. Orders for next working day delivery will need to be made before 13.00.
For orders placed after 13.00 on a Friday, this item will not be dispatched until the following Tuesday.
Please also note that we cannot offer next day delivery to the Highands and Islands and BFPO addresses.
Bikes
Please allow an additional 4-5 working days for bikes to be dispatched. We want your bike to arrive with you in the best possible condition and this additional time allows us to inspect and re-box the bike, meaning less assembly time for you!
We do not currently ship bikes under £1000. Bikes under this ammount are available in store with our click and collect service.
